And then what happened?

The Council paid them for work well done, then hired the group again to escort a Jedi artisan to some backwater planet, where they ended up investigating reports of disappearing children, meeting Erin, finding a lost Jedi temple, starting a barfight in a cantina...

That was great, by the way. Z walked up to the guy they were after and asked, "Is your name Cloudstrider?" The very confused man said, "What? No..." "Good," said Z, then punched him and overturned his table. They did this to get hold of the guy they wanted to interrogate. After they snagged him, the man was like, “Cloudstrider? I don’t even know what that means!”

Oh, yeah, the coherent part. They heard that a bunch of children had gone missing recently. Kedrihm’Val got his credit chip stolen (which he really didn’t care about as he barely remembers about money anyway) by a little Force-sensitive girl named Lydia. They went to investigate these disappearing kids. They found out most of the kids were Force-sensitive when they saw a boy get snagged and got into a speeder-bike chase to save him from the droid who’d grabbed him. That was pretty cool, too. There were some daring moves and neat driving. Ree did a death-defying stunt to save the little kid when he got flung from the bike... Anyway, they destroyed the nefarious droids, and Oola tapped into their droid-brains to figure out what was up.

So then they followed the trail from those droids to some corrupt officials who liked to hang out at a particular bar. They went in, sat around for a while till those guys got good and uncomfortable, and then started the barfight to get hold of them. That’s how they met Erin, who was posing as the bartender and was kind of irritated that her carefully-planned investigations had been sent so awry. But she got what she wanted, anyway.

Thus they found that the Imperials were kidnapping Force-sensitive kids. So they decided to try tracking down this Lydia girl. Lydia was a member of the...Melodee race, or something like that. They're amphibious, living on land as kids, and at a certain age (15 or so) they grow tails and return to the ocean. Lydia was an orphan so far as she knew. For a while, she'd been watched over by an old Jedi named Orin Bree, but he'd died a while back (killed, I think).

Since then, Lydia had been hiding in a cave complex, rescuing whatever kids she could and hiding out with them. The group found them and was able to talk them into coming out so they could return them to their families. Lydia came with the group, because she wanted to learn to use her powers and had nowhere else to go. Besides, she thought she could be useful since they were dealing with children.

While they were down near the beach with Lydia, the Force-users noticed something. It was a little holochron buried in the sand. When they activated it, it unearthed a buried Jedi temple! They went in to look around…

…but it caught Dalt’s attention too. While they were in the temple, Dalt #2 (oh no, the first one was a clone!) showed up with a bunch of little Jedi sprats he had brainwashed, and held them hostage to make the group surrender. Drath tried to fight…which got one of the children a lightsaber through the head.

But Dalt hadn’t counted on Oola and Lydia, who’d stayed outside to keep an eye on things. They saved the day, once again, distracting Dalt long enough for Drath to kill the heck out of him, and they rescued the children. Take that, Dalt!

The Jedi artisan stayed with the children (whose mentally messed-up state seemed soothed by being in the temple), while the group followed their leads, which took them to Tatooine.
